Flash presentation small bits of work required AS2

I have a flash presentation I am doing for a client however there are a couple of elements that I may need a flash expert to finish off for me. My current developer (ASP.NET) may be able to help with this but if not I will need:

1. Creation of main navigation menu with sub-menus
2. Addition of timeline that just runs in each section showing in seconds how long elapsed (this wn't need to be user controlled just visual)

Please note this is for two small jobs, adding the menu/sub-menu functionality to the presentation (including adding the labels to enable the menu to go to specified frames - I will give you timings for where each menu link should go to). Second job, addition of the timelne.

You will be supplied with FLA file with all other content and animation done.

If we need you, we MUST HAVE THIS ALL DONE for Sept 6th, the nearer Coventry you are the better.
