Flash developer for online banner advert

Project involves developing an online banner advert for spread betting company. Developer needed immediately to turn creative concept into dynamic flash-based banner advert, running for approximately 10-15 seconds. Would prefer candidate to work on own laptop in agency's office in Central London, preferably starting on Monday or Tuesday 25/26th July 2011 for approx. 2 days. Examples of past work essential. Attachment shows look and feel of a similar banner and good example of functionality/ skills needed.
