Flash Character Animation for Presentation

We require several short animation sequences of a plain line-drawing
character for a presentation. The character should be simple, and
does not need to be an instantly iconic image, we are after a more
generic look and appeal, see attached.

We require a walk cycle at three quarter profile, the character
talking with hand gestures while standing, portraying excitement, at
both full frontal and three quarter, and a full frontal of the
character talking, seated behind a desk. The animation style should
be smooth, dynamic and fluid, and preference will be given to
frame-by-frame animation over tweened animation unless it shows the
above characteristics appropriately.

The preferred final product should be the flash project file and
accompanying SWF in order to incorporate it into the greater
presentation.
