My business partner and I have been creating and selling informational products, services and live events for the past 3 years that teach people mainly in the UK on how to use the power of the internet to build online businesses or significantly improve existing ones.
Our products range from dynamic live events, high-touch, high-value mentoring programs to instructional audio, video and print products. Every month we facilitate quality coaching and networking sessions for our mentoring students. In 2010 we intend to put on about 20 events in the London area, including multi-speaker weekend events.
2010 will see the worldwide expansion of our business. The foundations are solid and we are determined to grow and are looking to expand our brilliant team.
What we\'re excellent at is creating a positive learning environment for our students, where they can prosper financially but also be part of a encouraging, like-minded community. We create long lasting customer relations and innovative, market leading, cutting edge products and services.
What we\'re not so good at is admin, paperwork, creating processes and keeping things ultra-organized. Qualities that are a must for the next year of massive growth. That\'s where you come in...
Before we go any further, let me be clear about one thing: If you\'re looking for a traditional, corporate-type Monday-to-Friday job where you clock-in at 9am and are out the door at 5pm precisely then this is not the opportunity for you.

You will work full-time (but with flexible hours) from your own home office and your role will include (but is not limited to):
* general PA role to directors,
* event management,
* outbound customer calls,
* documenting internal processes,
* payment processing,
* producing daily KPIs,
* filtering emails,
* arranging travel,
* customer support (per phone and mail/email),
* managing progress reports from other staff and contractors,
* booking 1:1 sessions
* managing the database...
