Expression engine CMS /CSS Site build required ASAP

The structure of the site is designed and approved working across a 980px width central in the page. with background template which will remain the same on all pages
So Header with CSS Nav
Body
Footer

The site contains the following pages:
Index page
Gallery page Showing
Person page (CMS Structure)
TV Page (video link from You tube)
Questions page (CMS) text page
Form Page
Contact Page
Links Page.


With the gallery page this would be a standard page which
on at the footer this would repeat the gallery page but be for
Locations of areas which would be common structure for all.
18 in total

These 18 are common structure based on the gallery page all that will happen on this is that if the product is within and area the product will show up with this page.
Its creating additional URL based on region.
and there will be a para per page with goggle map location
as this is CMS the client would input this.


The site really needs to cms Site structure
I would prefer a expression engine CMS

Files would be provided as Layered PSD and sliced
files at correct size.

Any Jquey would be provided reference

I would also Like it to be as much CSS as possible
Which I will help and provided as much as I can


I have a structured price in mind but its open
but its tight as the client is set


The site is of adult nature.. (but above the line)
We are really busy on other CMS sites and the structure
needs sorting.

2. This needs to be built will Search Engines in mind.
Good coding is needed as we wont go back to it sorting out bugs

there are Social Twitter feed and general social icons to apply in

there might be a few tweaks after.
But thats understandable

I will provided loads of help in the build to reduce time as much
and each page provided has a full pdf with notes and understand
of whats required.
