Expert flash programmer

Hi, i need an expert programmer in Flash AS2 and database integration with PHP. The job is to make some improvements in an already done project. It is a Photo portfolio with a CMS already done, and now i need some improvements on it.

I explained the job:

I would like to make some improvements in a photo gallery that we already did, to use it for a photographer gallery. The most of the structure is the same but we should add some other functions that I detailed now.
I would give you all the new design, the .fla .as and any other files from the existent project, and the parts that are not useful from the whole website would be out. Moreover once the project is finished we would stablish some agreement of maintenance if it were necesary.

Requiriments:
All the improvements must be controlled by the customer from the back end. At this moment there is a CMS to control all the photogallery section (upload Photo, edit, delete, title, description, categorie and subcategorie...)so you can imagine that all the new improvements should be added to the to the back end and the front design

1. I will change the way the categories/subcategories are shown so it will have to be “redesigned” in the front end. More or less will be the same but with other design.
2. There should be possible to add a Logo (just a .jpg or .png ) from a determinate size in the right up corner.
3. There should be a section call “Autor” where the autor can add some text about himself, with some links…etc.
4. There should be a section call “contact” with a contact form going to the autor, where he can add from the back end his own e-mail, telephone, movil, address…etc.
5. There should be the basic social net icons (Facebook; Twitter; Linked in) where the autor can activate/deactivate them and add his own link
6. The picture gallery should be in three rows as it is now, or more if the screen resolution is bigger.(4 or 5 rows)

The navigation once you click over one picture will be the same that we have already, but for each picture in detail we should do some improvements:
• Change the description fields for another similar, just changing the name (Price, size, description…)
• Together with the picture form, should be a “Paypal button”, so that if you want to buy that picture you can click on the paypal button and it is going to your paypal account, to pay the quantity defined in the “price” field.
• Once you have buyed a picture you will be able to download it in high resolution and the customer will become an email about the transaction.
• Each photo should have in the back end description a field for tags or keywords, and in the front end will be a “search area” where you can filter all the photographs by the keywords instead by category.
• In the Back end should be an option to activate/deactivate a “watermark” over the pictures and the watermark will be some kind of grid over (I will provide it to you), to avoid the pictures are downloaded.
• There should be a button to "autoplay" all the pictures from a categorie.

All these requeriments above are the basic points, moreover I would like you to ask if would be possible that all the pictures that you upload through the data base to the flash movie and with no more effort, were at the same time in a parallel basic site done in HTML, with the purpose that these site could be surf from movil devices and can be better for SEO and google. So, at the same time that we upload the pictures in the CMS, there is the flash site (this is the main site) and another html site (www.yourdomain.com/html-site) that is just a basic photo gallery, so thath i can surf the pictures from Iphone or Ipad, and i can buy them too from there.

After the project is working i would need some kind of maintentance but we can chat that when it is finished.
