I am looking for an experienced sales person with a proven track record to work on my project. Qualified leads will be provided

Here is a very brief outline of the services I am offering:

1) SEO Packages for a very reasonable monthly fee.
I am buying qualified leads as well as generating leads from my site and Google adwords - so these are people interested in this service - NO coldcalling

I am looking for about 2 hours per day to start. I have advertised as fixed budget per week - I am willing to agree either price per sale or hourly plus commission. I would expect at least 1 sale per hour from leads provided once you get going. I think that is realistic and should be easily achievable.

If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
