Management Consultant Specialising In Growth Required

We are an education company specialising in the tuition industry. We have more than 1,000 students enrolled across 20 centres, and an online tuition programme.

We would like the right management consultant to help us grow.

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience at a senior management or consultant level, with a proven track record of success. A CV with references will be required.

We would like you to have experience of managing or consulting with medium sized businesses.

A payment will be made based on initial report and a success fee based on growth target being achieved with the right advice. Initial day rate will be £100 per day with up to 10% of retained profit earned as a bonus (potentially tens of thousands of pounds in bonuses for the right person).

All areas of the business will need guidance - marketing & sales, IT, recruitment & training, distribution and logistics, accounting and cost control.

£13-15 per hour for a consultant to carry out the type of in-depth investigation you are looking for and produce a quality report with recommendations is very optimistic, even with the carrot of a future profit share.

I suspect you pay your tutors double or triple that.

You may be lucky but good luck finding the right person.
