AMENDED JOB DESCRIPTION FOLLOWING EARLIER ENQUIRIES
I need to be able to do the following for a charitable club.
* 115 Gentlemen and 85 Lady Members ...... (whose names, contact details, gender etc etc are all kept on a purchased Access Membership database and which has been altered to meet my specific requirements in terms of the information I currently require and which can mail merge, email and using a word template create club letters)........ individually submit to me a handwritten list of 12 horses.
* 95% of those horses will appear on a list (of some 24,000 horses which changes annually) I already have in Excel 2007.
* AS the original lists are all individually handwritten spelling - deciphering - typos all play their part, thus some form of predicitve text would be essential as I know my list has no spelling mistakes.
* From these 200+/- lists I have to create two A5 booklets, with four lists on each page and one booklet for each gender. (SAMPLE ATTACHED)
* Whatever the solution, I have to do this all again next year, with a different list of horses!
* It may be that the exisitng Access mdb could be utilised or a separate function built-in. It might be as many have suggested, simply a matter of creating a simple Excel - Word synchronicity. It might as even more have suggested be do-able by simply doing the whole thing in Excel.
Hope that helps.
