Job Description
We are organising a Country Investment Promotion Conference in London in Sept/October and we require a team of freelance Professionals to add value to the process through their key core competencies.
It is a Business to Business Event that will require corporate inevstors from around the world focused on Africa in Banking , Mining , Energy , Tourism , ICT Telecomms , AgriBusiness and we are using ETouches.com as our Booking platform.
We require input from Professionals who have experience from Sales, Marketing , Delegate Acquisition , Event & Venue Sponsorship ............
Our conference venue has already been selected , it is a 4 Star Deluxe Hotel in Kensington , London...........and they have an inhouse AV & Set Design which has all been set.
This is a high level Event............

S. S. on 15/08/2010 13:10 pmI run a video production company that specialises in producing videos, as well multimedia powerpoints etc for playout at conferences. We can also film, edit and playout material shot during your conference.

I currently work with investment, banking, IT, insurance clients worldwide running high-level, invitation only events for them. Could you clarify if you already have your sponsors and delegates onboard as I may be able to help with this along with overall Event management?
Could you also advise if the event revenue is from sponsors only or if delegates pay for their places as well?

I work with a team of specialists in conference & exhibition sponsorship sales, conference marketing and management who are brought in on a project by project basis according to the conference requirements.
I have taken a look at the conference website and have a few questions before submitting a bid:
- Have you started your marketing campaign to delegates • if so how extensive has that campaign been, do you have your own marketing lists and how many delegates are booked on so far?
- How many confirmed sponsors and speakers.
- I see that you are using eTouches for online bookings (we know them well). Do you also require off-line registration?
