Estate Agency Property Brochure Design

We have a property for sale in France which requires a promotional brochure design. The brochure should be done in a similar way to those found in estate agencies (i.e. 4 sided) and include all of the following:

- Professional copy writing in English and French
- Professional estate agency standard design
- External and internal property images
- Property description
- Location Map
- Energy rating
- List of local amenities
- Distance from local attractions
- Property benefits

We will provide the internal and external property images, description and location but everything else, including writing it in a professional, sales focused manner will be done by you.
