Job Description

Who?
I require an engineer to speak on my behalf with a website owner in the USA on a part-time consulting basis. I am looking to licence his website and want to know if his product and this route (licensing over development) is the most effective route for me. You will be able to communicate with the website owner by email, ichat or telephone. they are based in the USA so out of hours is suitable for communication purposes.

Why?
I am a Finance and Opps guy, a project manager, who hasn't a word of HTML or similar. I have a business plan, a revenue and marketing model but need an engineer who understands a site whose backend is built 100% in PHP.

What to do?
I need answers to commercial questions which you can communicate on my behalf to the website owner. I need a very good understanding of what I am going to get for my money (the licence), what I can change and what problems I need to look out for.
How much?
I will pay by the hour based on your estimate of cost per hour and how many hours this will take.

Where?
I am based in SW in London but happy to talk after 18:00hrs Monday to Friday.

Please let me know if you are suitable, why you are suitable and if you have any experience of commercial management that would be a bonus.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
