Almost dormant company accounts to be prepared and submitted to Companies House and IR. Existing accountants much too large and expensive. Need to collaborate with them to take over work. Account to be submitted by 30.9.2010 but would rather pay late filing fine and submit one month later

Can you please clarity what you would want done ....whether you wanted invoices and sale invoices entered ...how many ?....how many bank statements to be reconciled?
