Title:End of year accounts for non-trading company

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We set up a company a few years back and invested money in stock, etc, but the recession hit and so we put the business on hold. We have submitted end of year accounts for the 2 years since incorporation and now need to file the third year accounts. In summary, the first two years obviously show a loss while in year three there were no transactions at all (nothing paid out, nothing paid in). We file abbreviated accounts online with Companies House and have a pdf form that can be completed and submitted. We\'re looking for someone to complete the form asap. With no transactions (other than depreciation, I presume) I am guessing it should be straight-forward for someone who knows what they are doing.
