Title:Email Template Design & Coding for Mailchimp

I am in need of an email newsletter template to use within Mailchimp.
The winning bidder will need to create the template and code it into Mailchimp for me to update every month with ease.
This brief actually covers TWO email designs although I expect one to feed from the other.
To create an email template that is sent out next week in response to contacts I have made at a trade show this week. I have attached an example of what I would like it to include and how it could be set out. (it is not descriptive as I am not a designer.) I am looking for you to create the email template with your design skill.
Both templates will need to have:
0. Company Logo
1. )Space for one paragraph of introduction content
2. ) Three or four article 'blocks' with an image placeholder (small image either logo or 125 x 125 type size), text placeholder for a paragraph of content and a link
3.)Concluding paragraph of text and sign off
4. ) Icons/Links to our wider social network presence
The after show email will differ slightly as it will include additional images to promote our Directors briefings, as seen on the attached sketch
These will be the images taken from our briefings (striking image for each).
Deadlines
I want to send out the first 'after show' email on Monday. I can create a richer brief tomorrow for the winning bidder and be available on Friday afternoon and over the weekend to view templates and or approve. I will need the template coded up in my Mailchimp by Monday 13:00 UK time.
The other template can be derived from this and created after Monday.
We will provide logo, brand guidelines and imagery for first emails.
