Email Offers/Newsletters

I have many registered emails on my website. Customers who have registered but not purchased and others who have purchased. The list i would say is about 35k.

I need to tap in to this to try and bring in extra revenue.

I need someone to manage everything from the beginning as i really do not have the time. I am happy to discuss a good package and maybe start off with a trial list of email addresses.

I would be interested in paying a commission per sale rather than a payment upfront.
