Email / Stationey design

I am looking for someone who can design a pro-forma for an electronic brochure which will be emailed to potential customers.

My company deals in property sales and we want a branded pro-forma for a brochure which can be sent to property investors advertising individual properties. Therefore you will be designing the pro-forma property brochure so our staff can insert photos / room descriptions of individual properties as and when needed.

I can forward an example of exactly what we require and also a pdf with our logo etc.

There may also be potential for design of branded email stationery.
