Editor for book proposal

Hi I am writing a book proposal for a non-fiction narrative book (chick lit) and I would like a professional/experienced writer to edit it before I send through to agents.

Ideally, I would like someone who has relevant experience in writing/publishing to edit and to offer advice and feedback who would work quickly and effectively.

The proposal comprises cover letter, intro, and two chapters. I would initially go with one chapter to see if I was happy with the work which would amount to approx 10,000 words
