Edit and optimize my website

I need the site to be "widened" at the moment, as you can see, the site covers about 60% of the page and leaves blank space on each side.
I would also like everything to match the resize.
Also I will need changes to the form to be made, more details will be given on acceptance.

I also need my site optimised graphically and textually.
I need little attractive images placed around my site and for all of the text to be the same and more appealing. (Bolded, colour etc.)

I will also give you a list of my keywords (Adwords) and I would need those keywords included on each page to increase the optimisation of the keywords.

I only have the separate images, I don't have the PSD files.
