Job Description
We'd like you create a set of site plans for submission to Local Authorities.

Each site ( typically a domestic garden) is fully surveyed by us, so we send you a rough site sketch, photographs and detailed measurements in each case. B. L. on 23/09/2011 11:56Charlie,
Would it be ok to combine this job with your other job?
I would really like to do both and its possibly better to have one person doing both.

B. S. on 23/09/2011 13:08hi ,,, i have made a bid for the first job as that is a separate exercise to this ,
also i am assuming the typical layouts first produced would be used in this second excercise ,
would you require an imediate turn round of the details, and will you be making the planning submission if its required ( i think in some cases small office like these may not require planning, depends how far from main house it is) i see from a reply below to MF you will pay all other overheads, ie OS plans ..
regards bernie
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
