Title:Disclaimer for book and trademark disclaimer

Job Description
I have a written a book (which I am self publishing ) and I need the legal disclaimer of the front of the book to cover me. I have cobbled one together but I think I need it refining . This is an urgent job as my book is being finally proofed and this has come up as an issue.
the book is about social media in business and I have used a lot of other companies logos. So I have one statement about that and a general disclaimer that publishers use .

- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
