Title:Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description
The purpose of the role is to drive digital marketing strategies, web development and improve ecommerce improvement of sales. Currently we only acheive about a 0.1% conversion. The focus of the role will be around achieving sales and profitability targets as cost-effectively as possible and this will be achieved by driving traffic to websites and improving conversion and average transactional value. In this role you will manage Pay Per Click activity and natural search optimization to improve cost effectiveness and booking conversion as well as manage display advertising, creative and media strategy. You will be involved in website development strategy and managing email projects. Therefore you will have to have strong online web development skills and being familiar with online marketing acquisition functions. You will have some experience of developing social media strategies and be able to analyse the online user journey. Do you have a proven track record of delivering online creative marketing campaigns and managing budget? If so we would like to hear from you.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
