Development of a very basic slide show application

We are looking for someone to create us a very basic slide show application.

The application will read image files from a specified file on the C drive and play them one after the other on a loop. The application will have to stretch the different sized images to each completely fit the screen. When the application runs, all the Windows environment should be hidden from view.

A control/config file should be created so that we can change the location of the files. The length of time each image is shown.

We will need a second copy of this application where we are able to add a permanent non changing message at the bottom of the screen.

The application will self run by placing the it in the start-up folder.

We are looking for this to work from windows XP onwards!

The images do not fit the screen, they are plaid in actual size and whatever we do a border is left at the top.

Also, displaying the text message at the bottom is not optional it is always there no matter what
