Development of Technical Proposal

A new start-up UK limited company (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) wishes to procure the services of a professional and experienced fundraiser / commercial bidder/ business development professional/ business plan developer with a successful track record in securing huge contract wins on behalf of clients.

The objective of this task is to enable the business to secure a contract win in the region of $20 - $30 million. The successful bidder would professionalise and make water-tight a technical proposal (including its detailed operational costing) that has been created in-house. The successful bidder would also be required to prepare a presentation pack for the proposal.
