Hi.
I am a professional Copywriter and Editor and am currently in the process of setting up a Magazine for Creative people in the South West of England. It is inspired by the Beat Generation of the 60s and will examine freedom; truth; beauty; love; travel; wanderlust; taboo; sex and fringe as well as creative literature, design and photography. The magazine will have an Underground feel. I have spent many months advertising and sending out email/facebook campaigns and have had great interest in the magazine. I dabble in graphics myself and have a wealth of images that I have put together - a feel that I would like consistently taken over to the design of the magazine. It will be a cut and paste feel so I am not anticipating elaborate design work.

It's going to be around 64 pages and I have the rough plan laid out and have an exact 'underground' feel that I want - I need someone who wants to take this as a labour of love rather than the money as my budget at the moment is not massive; I really want someone who can get this done within the next month, done and dusted. The essentials are all there- we have all the content and images ready and waiting to be set- I just want to get it finished.
It's going to be a monthly magazine starting from November this year so regular contracted work for the right person and increase in budget if the magazine does well.
Please only bid if you are happy with the budget and you can get this done and want to be associated with Bristol's most exciting new underground publication.
(someone with contacts in Printing and distribution would also be cool)

Hi,

The project sounds fun and I have done something on a lower scale myself in my area (It didn't take off due to a stronger competing magazine/fanzine). Your basically just looking for someone to come up with a layout design and then put everything together in that format right? How many pages are we talking and what format would you like it done in? e.g. InDesign?

If you can send me some examples of how you'd like it to look since you seem to have a general idea I'd be happy to consider it and see what I can do for you.

Hi i am new to this and would like a chance to do something new. I would love to help you, i have designed web pages for my partner who is a freelancer and would love to see your ideas. If you could send me some contaent i would love to put something together to see if you like it.
