Design of cartoon elements

Need (but will confirm on new job...):
1> A leaky radioactive barrel
2> A (very basic) spider to crawl in and sit on the barrel.
3> A lizard with a (separate entity so that I can animate it) long tongue, (main part same length as he/she is), with a curled tip to catch the spider.
4> A face to superimposed on the (existing lizard), turned to front with big-googly "surprised" eyes as his tongue hits the radioactive barrel.
5> A "BANG!" symbol/star-shape (to replace the lizard as he explodes)
6> A "YMCA-style" leather cap and a tutu to fit existing Story Lion "Lion Angry"
7> A radioactive "glow" to go around him as he walks away (I have an image idea/copy for this).
8> A piece of jungle “vine” hanging down vertically, about half way down page maximum…, and a cub clinging to it, grinning and looking to the front.
