Design complete Multilingual food/restaurant related website

Hi,

First time posting but hope I'm doing this correctly as I wish to be detailed as possible so no mix up.

Our company is planning to design a website to introduce 30+ restaurants with each having their own 1-2 page for detail information such as, menus, location, introduction, etc.
The site will be multi-lingual (english, korean, chinese) but contents will be provided by us, we will only require the feature to upload contents in three different languages.

Here are some websites you can take a look to get the basic idea.

The design should be clean and simple but very professional:

- Good content lay out and overall design.

- Hope to have this kind of flash introductory page with three language choices.

- Very user friendly interface with easy menu access.

As seen through the example websites, we would like a clean and nicely designed FLASH (or at least partly) based website that looks "Professional"

P.S. Also would appreciate if you could design a logo that will go with this website as well.
