Title:Design and layout for a poker instructional ebook

We need you to be help us create the design and layout for an ebook we are interested in launching.
In the proposal please send an example of an ebook or at least a few chapters of an ebook you have designed.
The ebook will be about Texas Holdem poker. The details are as followed:
1. The whole book in Microsoft Word consists of 22 chapters or 95 pages and is about 35,000 words long.
2. No illustrations are needed. However, all the graphics such as the poker tables and flow charts have to be drawn.Poker cards will need to be inserted. It is rather graphic intensive.
3. We will provide the images of the poker chips and the poker cards.
4. Book cover and the chapter cover need to be designed.
5. The designer will be responsible for all the layout of the content into the book.
6. The book's size is A4
7. The final ebook should have 2 versions, one is the online version which readers can read through Adobe Reader, and one is the printable version which readers can print out that doesn't cost too much ink.
8. As poker is quite technical, we can help by providing clear instructions on where to layout all the diagrams and graphics etc for the videos and the ebook. However, it is much prefered if the person taking this job has had some experience playing online poker for real money before. We are based in central London so opportunitities to work together in person are possible if you live in London too.
9. Deadline of completion: 10th November 2011
Please provide samples of previous work - i.e. an ebook you have designed, or at least 2 chapters of an ebook you have designed. If you get shortlisted, I will send you an example of a chapter of the book in Microsoft Word and the designed version of that chapter in PDF format so that you have a much better idea of what need to be done. We actually employed someone to design the whole book in the past, but we want a completely-revamped and much-improved design. The book should be fun to read, and information should be laid out in a way that is conducive to learning.
10. We will own all intellectual property rights to the ebook once we have made the final payment, i.e. we can use the ebook for whatsoever purposes. Also, before the project starts, we will send you a confidentiality agreement which you need to sign.
11. Upon completion of this project, if the work is satisfactory, we are very much interested in employing you for another similar poker ebook of similar length. The deadline for completing this second book is 30th November 2011.
