Job Description

We are developing a Proof of Concept for a client and require a stylish web page template - HTML, plus CSS plus associated graphics. We can provide content/audience guide so site can reflect this (serious/conservative topic). Template should include language selection icons (2 languages), and page selection which picks up on that selection. Non working links to \"standard\" web site pages, footer etc. Dummy pages for two languages to be provided by developer. Pages must be provided as static HTML/Javascript and NOT need a CMS to run. Designer should provide 3 possible styles, we will choose one for re-work and sign-off. We will then populate with content for up to 5 pages in 2 languages. Must be able to support iFrames within main body, or be used within a frame. Further work if client likes POC.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
