We have a bit of an issue with our quotes facility on our website. For some reason the email function is no longer working. We’ve ruled out the problem as being one to do with the host so it must be something to do with the code. The feature that is no longer working is when someone goes to our quotes facility (quote.php) they punch in their details and then a quote is generated at (quote2.php). At that point an auto generated email is sent to us giving details of the quote. The potential client then has the option to email the quote to himself. Neither of these email functions are working.

When the site was originally coded, it was set up so the email would come from the potential client. I am told that the host no longer allows this • the email must be generated by our own domain. Other than that nothing much else has changed.

What would you need to resolve this for us and can you give me a quote for this please? How long might this take too?

Hope you are still online. I have fixed similar e-mail problem for a job portal client in UK.

I sure this can be resolved within hours. But the exact hours can be calculated only after checking the present status. ( I think max of 5 hrs, may be less)

My hourly rate is : 20 only

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
