Database Creation

To compile an up to date database of theatre venues and producers across the UK.

Using the British Performing Arts Year Book and Contacts 2012, compile a database of up to date e-mail addresses and postcodes to use in future marketing activity.

This role involves creating the database structure in ACCESS or EXCEL, imputing information from the publications listed above and calling companies to fill any gaps/verify information.

We can provide laptop and access to a phone in our home office if required.

Our preference is to engage someone local so we can meet face to face in London.
