Title:Data Entry Clerk

Job Description
We are looking for an individual to manually enter data fields from a simple spreadsheet onto our Salesforce Client Management system.
We have approximately 3000 contacts with multiple fields. The fields are simple to tab between and the spreadsheet is clearly laid out.
Please quote an hourly rate for your services. Individuals with experience of Salesforce would be desirable, but the system is simple to use and in-house training can be provided if required. We estimate that five full working days will be required to complete this job, and need an applicant who can start immediately.
We would consider applications for in-house or remote work but do please indicate where you are based. Our office is in Denham, Middlesex.

S. B. on 27/04/2010 10:11I\'m currently a stay at home mum looking to earn some extra money and would really be interested in this job if you are willing to consider me working on a part time basis from home.
Please let me know if this is something you would consider and I will place a bid.
Many thanks

C. H. on 27/04/2010 21:13Thank you for your message.
We are looking for someone who can deliver this project quickly, so although we would have no problem with a part-time, remote individual, we do need the commitment to get this completed within about a week. Given that we predict the entire project could take up to 40 hrs work, this may be outside the realms of what people would consider part-time.
If you would like to submit a bid with your proposed timescales we would certainly consider it.
Thanks
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
