Data Cleanse / Microsoft Excel/Word Formulas

We would like a freelancer to help convert some data from a microsoft excel spreadsheet to a microsoft word document.

We have a database of addresses (in excel) that we need to quickly and easily put in to a pre-written letter we have, so we can produce a mailout.

The letter is basically the same for each contact but we need to change the address details and some brief wording in the main letter for each new mail out.

At the moment we are doing this manually (ie: writting in each new letter the address and contact etc...) which is very time consuming, but im sure there is a way for someone with good Excel and Word expertise to put in a formula or a set macro so the data can automatically convert the excel address in to a new letter format so we can do regular mailouts much quicker.
