DISC Psychometric Profile Design

Occupational psychologist with previous experience designing and helping implement DISC assessments required.

Currently we use an assessment that asks a series of questions to ascertain someone's Values. The Values assessment is based on work by Eduard Spranger in helping to understand values and motivators. The applicants is asked to grade a series of statements graded 1 to 6 based on whether they agree with the statements. The strongest statement is given a 1 and the weakest statement is given a 6. The results of the applicants statements are tabulated into the results and give a pass or fail result.

If passing the applicant is then asked to complete a DISC personality profile that determines how likely they are to be successful at sales.

We have never created any software like this before and consequently would also like assistance in understand how the logic works and a report output made. We would also like to understand if any royalties would be due to the designer of DISC. Essentially we are very new to this and are going to have to ask base questions.
