Customised Quotation form needed in Exel

HI

I need a customised excel document created which would allow us to write down quotations for kitchens and bathrooms.

It does not need to calculate in any way but should print at the end.

It will have a few levels - depending on the initial selection, ie Kitchens, Bathrooms, Supply Only - there will then be a list of questions that should appear with boxes or check boxes to be filled in.

So if kitchens is ticked, a set of questions relating to that only will appear. If Supply only is chosen, that list of questions will appear.

This could also work if there are 3 options on one sheet and the 3 selections are linked to sheets 2, 3 & 4 - perhaps would be more simple?

We will probably need a chat on the phone to discuss the finer details.

Needs started today and completed by Friday.

Would imagine there are 2-3 hours work involved for someone with excel experience.
Nothing complicated needed.

All questions and info needed will be supplied in full before project commences.
