Customer profiling website - website to analyse client postcode data and show interactive statistics

The development of a web site (and web application) to analyse client address data (postcodes). Multiple postcodes will be uploaded in txt/xls format, compared to my database of client profiles and then results will be output in interactive charts and graphs which can be exported or printed for business use. The website is initially intended to be free though a small fee may well be introduced if the site proves popular at a later date.

It's important the website looks both professional and cutting edge in terms of graphics. It is intended to help small and medium sized businesses identify, understand and target their key customers.

The initial budget could also be extended if work is sufficient.
