Cubecart Mods required

This website has been setup and is using this mod http://cubecart.expandingbrain.com/cubecart-4-mods/customer-groups-product-prices-cc4/prod_105.html. We would like some amendments if possible, to do the following:

- For each customer that is added, we would also like to be able to add a number of 'Managers'. So for example, 'Company A' has 10 'Managers' (although number of managers will vary from one company to the next)

- We would also like to be able to add a 'Supervisor' for each company.

- 'Supervisors' can login and control their 'Managers' spending limit for any given month. So a Supervisor can choose that 'Manager A' can only spend £200. 'Manager B' can spend £150 etc. If they go over this limit, they cannot purchase anything.

- Supervisors can view monthly spend of their managers.

- Supervisors can view sales for particular products by Manager.

- When Managers are logged in, they can view previous orders and choose to order the same again (there are alot of repeat purchases)

- Something completely unrelated to the above - but when a user is logged in, they have the option to either purchase their orders via PayPal, or place the order on 30 day terms.
