Creative Script Writer

We are a UK based training company looking to produce our own series of drama based business training videos on management skills. What I need is a creative script writer who will produce the script for my first video. I will provide the basic dialogue for each of the scenes so that the business content is covered, using specific skills models. I'm looking for someone who can then take that basic dialogue, expand on it and turn it into a creative script.

An understanding of business and corporate life would be preferable.
