Job Description

I need a website that will accomplish the following:

- Customer visits site, and completes a simple questionaire, along with their name, phone number, information, etc. This information is then emailed to me.
- A profile that they can login to later on my site is created with this information stored. It is important that they have a logon for the site.
- After I review the data they submitted, I will a product recommendation for them. They will receive a notice of this by email and the product recommendation will be available for them to buy through their profile on the site.

That\'s the just of it. Let me know if this is something you would be able to develop, and if so, a rough quote of the cost. Thanks for your time.

Means did you also need any back end from where you send particular product details to any particular registered user?Do you also need payment gateways using which users will buy product?

Yes, sorry I didn't clarify that.
I would need a back end where I could send particular product details to any particular registered user.

Payment gateways would be really simple through PayPal.

Whats your site developed in (html,php?) does it matter what language the server scripts are written in. Do you have a link to your site?

Hi Craig,

I would like to share what i understood from your project brief.

You need a login /create acount page for customers
A custmer signed in/up , we give them a page with a set of questions.( is this a multiple choice questions or need descriptive answers?)
After completed the answers they will submit .
Here we need to store the data they submitted and send an email with this data to the site admin.
Admin verify the answers and send an email with the product recommendations ( a product link to the site)
Customer can click the link from the email and reach the product page and buy it after paying with paypal.

So at admin panel

you may need the following things

Customer list
product list (add/edit/delete)
questionaire management (add/edit.delete questions)
email sending facility

This is what you want to accomplish as per my analysis..

Here's what I need:

A site with...

Admin panel :
- Manage User
- Manage Products
- Send product(s) to a User (maybe with some messages) - The user will get a notifications email

User side :
- Completes a simple questionaire and their information (which is emailed to you and saved to the database).
- Log in to user panel.

User panel :
- Product Recommended by Admin.
- Edit their data.
- Have a saved products list

I understand the above functionality, but user cases, once they are registered with a profile, you have made recommendations and they have login, what do they see and do (buy, yes) how, what functionality or visual ideas, scrolling, parallax, ect?
