Title:Creating online application forms

Job Description

I am looking for a web developer to replicate appr. 12 existing branded online application forms. The captured data needs to be stored in an SQL database and automatically emailed to 2 or 3 email addresses. The applicant should receive a confirmation email. The application forms are nearly identical but with different branding and different PDF's and some more exceptions.

Preferably the developer needs to be available to work on a similar (but larger) project around September and be available to update the data capture forms in the future if necessary.

The work can be done remotely or on site but I would like to arrange an initial meeting in Canary Wharf, London (travel expenses and hourly rate will be paid).

Job Budget

Weekly commitment needed:25 Hours Per Week

Budget:£20 - £35 per hour (Approx $31 - $55)

Hello dear Robbert,

Do you prefer any specific technology (e.g. PHP & MYSQL or ASP.NET & MSSQL)?

Also please provide an example or two of the application forms you mentioned.

Robbert... Do it all yourself... look for Appnitro's MacForm. Within 5 minutes of installing the system, you'll be building all your own forms yourself - even if you have absolutely no code knowledge or experience.
