O. S. on 06/10/2010 12:50Appreciate your feedback - but as a new start-up company with limited funds and a job which I do not expect to be particularly challenging it was the best I could do!
W. H. on 06/10/2010 14:47Sorry, I can't help you out on such a small budget.

O. S. on 06/10/2010 15:13Thanks for your reply.
W. H. on 06/10/2010 15:18Will the diary be multiple pages (like a book) or a year-planner (like a poster)?
W. H. on 06/10/2010 15:20A year planner (poster) would cost less to design and produce (and print), but still exceed your budget.

O. S. on 06/10/2010 15:24It will be multiple pages (like a book)
W. H. on 06/10/2010 15:28That is quite a fair bit of work if done properly. Good luck with your current and future bidders - I hope they can produce to the quality you expect.
Kindest regards
Wayne

R. M. on 06/10/2010 15:35Thanks for inviting me to bid. Although as you say it isn't too challenging it would be very time consuming. The diary pages wouldn't take that long but all the other pages you require with maps and dialling codes would take a while. You best bet it to find someone that has already designed a diary and would most of this already created. Unless you can increase your budget I can't help you with this one. Rosanne

M. C. on 06/10/2010 16:03As with some of the other replies here, thanks for the invitation to bid but the budget is very small. Once the PPH commission is taken out this would be a very low rate per hour.
If you decide to increase your budget let me know.

S. L. on 06/10/2010 17:21Hi, please provide as much detail as possible regarding your requirements.
What kind of layout do you require - one week per page, one week per double page spread?
How many maps, of what regions, and of what types?
International dialling codes or national (if so, what country?) or both?
Thanks,
Sophie

O. S. on 06/10/2010 17:45I am looking at one page for every two days. At the end of each week there will be a customised page with a table on it.
In terms of maps - UK and tube/train maps only.
International dialling codes - similar to what is in most diaries - perhaps 50-100 countries.
S. L. on 06/10/2010 21:19Two more questions: at what size will the diary be printed, and in what format will you supply the bespoke pages?
Thanks again,
Sophie

- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
