Create php/mysql site

I have this project for a customer, on which I have the technical knowledge but not the expertise. They are currently using an Excel spreadsheet to manage their stock (1 tab per customer, 80 tabs & up to 1000 items per customer).

The project is to import the data in mysql and create pages to search/create/edit/print the data. Over time, this DB could include more data, such as invoices, etc..

I have estimated the work to be up to 40h, but happy to negotiate.

I am also willing to create a relationship with a fellow freelancer for further work together. This is my first Database development and I want to build up my customer portfolio using this project as a starting point.
