Create a similar website. Example provided.

This is a relatively straight forward job for someone with experience in web design.

I would like to have a website designed that is similar to this website:

The website build must have all of the functionality of the above website.

Namely:

- Scrolling products on homepage
- Facebook like box
- Search function
- Loading more function (when you reach the bottom of the page)
- Newsletter subscribe box
- Sort functionality - popular, newest, high price, low price
- Category and price filter

The website must have a page that can be linked from social networking sites. eg. http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/edible-food-spray-paint

I would like some sort of content management system. Something simple where I can upload a single product to the database and select attributes such as price, category, link, etc.

I would like this to be completed within one months time.

The project price is to include 2 rounds of revisions.
