Create MS Access Database

To Create a MS Access Database, for a study of the Breeding of certain racehorses.

Data input for each Race ; - Year/ Country / Race Type */ Age / Surface / Distance / Winner Sire / Winner DamSire (DS) / Winner Sire Sire (SS) / Second Sire / Second DamSire / Second Sire Sire / Third Sire / Third DamSire / Third Sire Sire

(That is 16 pieces of information, per Race)

* There would be 10 or 12 Race Types, and some races could qualify to be two or more Race Types

Max no. of Races in the system ever = 5,000

The Desired Reports; - I want points to be awarded to Sires, based on winners, Seconds, Thirds
e.g. for All Years / Country X / Race Type A/ All Ages / All surfaces / All distances / Winners (Sire or DS or SS) 5 points, Seconds 2 points, Thirds 1 point. . . . .Report produces a List of Sires / Dam Sires / Sire Sires in points order for that Race Type

I would like to be able to easily change the points awarded, e.g. print a report that give winners 10 points, Seconds 5 points, thirds 2 points etc. - so that the awarding of points is easily variable
