Costume designer

I am an artist working on a project for exhibition. I require a costume designer/maker to create one outfit for this. This project would ideally suit someone starting out in the industry.

Enthusiasm and confidence are needed as the costume has to make a big statement. I do not really need someone with many years experience as it is not totally necessary that the outfit be technically perfect. It just has to look impressive.
