Title:Corporate identity project

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We are looking for a redesign of our presentation and corporate identity.

Prana Capital is a small Financial company that is looking to update its corporate design and communication. We would like to standardize and re-format our promotional material such as the Presentation, info sheet, business card and stationary to have a nice corporate look. It must be very “clean” and reflect the personality of the company.

We would like the entire process to be standardized where rules are in place as to what font can be used on corporate communication, standardization of spacing, logo placement, etc. Ideally, this would also flow into the web design, as well (there would be the possibility to participate in that area, as well).

By way of background, Prana is a yogic’ term derived from the Sanskrit word for \"breath,\" Prana stands for the life force, a primordial energy, and it is involved in physical, mental and spiritual health and strength. The logo currently employed has as its base the oxygen symbol with eight electrons. One of the jobs would be to \"clean up\" the logo and make it sharp.

We would be happy to share some of the existing materials. The fund factsheet is currently prepared in a rudimentary way using Microsoft word and then made into a PDF. The logo has been incorporated into the marketing materials and business cards for over a year. Whilst we are broadly happy with the design of the logo and the feel of the info sheet, there may be much that can be added to improve the appearance (colours used, crispness) and, in the case of the fund fact sheet, the ease of preparing the materials. We are hopeful that these materials would provide the basis for the theme that would extend to the Presentation, info sheet, business card and stationary.

Becuase we would like a redesign, we also request that you include the re-design of the PowerPoint presentation (roughly 30 pages).

The media that is used must be understandable enough for the employees of the firm to create documents and add graphs. We are happy to explore other media than the regular Microsoft products.

In order to bid for this project, we would like to see a pitch book or examples of what you have done in the past. Additionally, we would require several rough ideas before we choose one idea to go with.

Only bids through PeopleperHour will be accepted and payment will be made through the escrow system.

Is this your current website - and do you have plans to change this as part of the overall band tidy up?

ps pph removed your website address from my message as part of their no identity details policy.

Yes. We thought it would be better to do the corporate branding first so that the web designer would have something to go with.

would need some more details - if you could publish the current design - then a bid would be forthcoming.

Hello Ole

To clarify, please can you confirm that your desired outcome and deliverables for the project are as follows:

# Visual identity review and evolution from the current
# A set of written easy to understand guidelines for application of the revised visual identity across core items such as stationery, fact sheets, proposals, (list to be confirmed)
# Specifically to redesign or apply the revised visual identity to the 'Fund fact sheet'.
# To apply revised visual identity to a 30 page PowerPoint presentation

Also, could you provide more detail of the extent of the PowerPoint presentation. For instance:
- How much is templated, and what is the proportion is text and pictures
- does the presentation have movies, diagrams or charts
- And should this be created so that others can create additional presentations

I look forward to your reply. Many thanks.

Funny how PPH have omitted your website address to conform with their \'no identity\' policy, especially as more often than not, projects have been awarded to bidders who have actually included their website addresses in their bids!
