Copy template from Blogger to Wordpress

I have a blogger blog

I am have moved this blog to a custom domain and hosting.

I want www.party-ideas.biz to look the same.

I will then delete my other site

I need someone to create a template for me in the wordpress blog which mirrors the look or http://capabilityevents.blogspot.com/

I can give you access to both blogs to do the work.

I can\'t see this taking someone very long to do as it\'s really only a background and a banner plus ensuring that the design is 2 column and about 1000 pix wide.

This sort of thing is outside my skills.

I can add widget etc to finish off the look but the template is beyond me.
