Convert PSD's to CSS and XHTML

Hello there...

I am in desperate need of someone who can convert our layered PSD designs into fully-functional sites. They must meet W3C Compliance in XHTML Strict or Transitional. They must also work on all major operating systems and browsers.

We have lots of projects being designed now, so if your chosen and you are 'mustard', you will get any projects in the foreseeable future.

Here is the first project...

8 Pages but uses only 1 template
Converting to XHTML as described above
Supplied to us as a ZIP containing all the source files
NDA will need to be signed before we send you the PSD files
Website is for a company in the Legal Sector
Deadline Friday 28th May

I would however love to see it live on your testing server on the 26th (Wed) to see if it functions correctly.
