Title:Consultancy agreement review

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I am looking for bids to supply me a consultancy contract/commercial agreement review service. I have both pre-existing commercial agreements which I use with clients and also agreements which clients have provided me. These will need reviewing and then briefly discussing with myself to ensure that any commercial risk is spotted and understood.

In your bid details, please let me know whether you can work \"by the hour\" or fixed rates - and please give examples of typical costs for average (say, 6 pages of legalese covering an individual providing consultancy for medium to large corporate bodies). It would also be advantageous if you can outline your typical response times for the quoted costs.

Please note, I reserve the right to request proof of any claimed qualifications that you may hold. Thank you for reading.
