Title:Competitive analysis and Market research for new dental practice

I am looking at starting a new dental practice and need an initial analysis of the potential market in the local area and an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors in the area.
The data I require includes
1. List of the competitors in the area ( a preliminary list of 14 practices is available).
2. An analysis of their service levels including details of number of dentists/ hygienists, opening hours, fee levels, emergency access, and any USPs if they have one.
3. Area demographics with an emphasis on identifying potential target markets and allowing positioning within the market.
4. Any other things you may feel are relevant.
At the very least I expect the preliminary analysis to include \"mystery \" phone calls (I expect there to be about 14-15 practices to research in the area). I am quite happy to help you develop a research methodology and to help familiarise you with the dental market.
I value a good communicator and expect there to be regular updates and someone who is willing to develop a good rapport and deliver an excellent assessment of the area in a timely manner.
This bid is only for a preliminary assessment and to ascertain if the area shows good potential. After this there may be the opportunity to develop a market research proposal (to include mystery visits) to try and get a more concrete idea of likelihood of success of my venture.
I would also like a time scale for delivery of the research as part of your bid.
